Why the VIP handle is different

This handle is a solid piece of stainless steel, and you feel it the moment you pick it up. The weight steadies your hand, which is most of the reason nicks happen, and it lets the razor fall down your face under its own weight rather than being pushed by your arm.

The curve is borrowed from a fencing grip, which is still the shape Olympic fencers choose. It matches the natural curl of a closed hand, so you get precise control without having to hold on tightly.

Fantastic Razors! Use them every time. Especially after switching from Gillette. I used to always get small nicks and a shave rash with the razors from Gillette and Wilkinson so this was awesome. The handle is really heave too - really quality feel!
