We process orders Monday through Friday between 9am and 10am. All packages are sent with Royal Mail; this usually takes around 2-3 days. If you have not received your blades within a week please send a message with your order details to email@example.com or contact us here. We will make sure that your delivery arrives with you promptly.
If you receive a defective product, or you are not satisfied with your purchase then please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or using the form here. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will respond very quickly. If the product is defective in anyway try to include a picture so that we can resolve in the best way possible. Unfortunately due to the hygienic nature of our products we cannot accept returns of opened packages unless it is to inspect a defective item.
We can not issue refunds once the order has been paid for. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you are always able to cancel by going to “My Account” or send us an email with your details to email@example.com. If you have not received your order, we will send another package right away.
