Delivery

Everything goes by Royal Mail as a large letter, so it fits through your letterbox and you don't need to be in.

UK delivery is free on orders of £20 or more, and £1.99 below that. VIP members get free UK delivery on any order with refills in it, and that covers anything else in the same box.

We send orders out on weekdays. Royal Mail aims to deliver large letters in 3 to 5 working days and most UK orders arrive in about 3, but we can't guarantee how fast Royal Mail is. If yours hasn't arrived after a week, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll sort it out, including sending a replacement if it's been lost.

Outside the UK

We also deliver to the EU, the US, Canada and BFPO addresses. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty, VAT or a handling fee when they arrive. These are set by the customs office in your country, not by us, and are paid by you.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

You can also change your mind about any order within 14 days of it arriving. Write "Return to sender" on the package and post it back, and we'll refund you once it reaches us. It needs to be unopened and unused: for hygiene reasons we can't take back razors, blades or creams once they've been opened.

30-day money back

If you join as a Classic or VIP member, on a subscription or buying on demand, and you're not happy with your first order, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it in full. You keep everything. A handle that's been used can't be passed on to anyone else, so there's nothing to send back.

The guarantee covers your first Classic or VIP order only, not later refills or other products.

Common questions

Can I change how often my refills arrive?

Yes. From My Account you can change how often they come, switch between 4 and 8 refills a box, change your next delivery date or pause, whenever you like.

How do I cancel?

From My Account, or email us. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again.

When will I be charged?

On the day each delivery is due, before it's sent. Your next date is always shown in My Account.

What's the difference between Classic and VIP?

Classic comes with a free starter handle, then refills at £10 for 4. VIP is a one-off £25 for the stainless steel handle and a storage tin, then refills at £8 for 4, with or without a subscription, and free UK delivery on any order with refills in it. Compare them here.
