⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service from The Bearded Colonel! I honestly can’t recommend The Bearded Colonel highly enough. Not only are the products great, but the customer service is absolutely first-class. While I was in the Maldives, I thought I’d lost a handle and contacted them to explain the situation. They were more than happy to send me a replacement, despite me being halfway around the world. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole thing completely hassle-free. It’s easy for companies to talk about good customer service, but it’s when something goes wrong that you really see a company’s true colours. The Bearded Colonel got it absolutely right. A massive thank you to Alex and the team for being so helpful, friendly and accommodating. It’s this sort of service that earns genuine loyalty and makes you want to recommend a business to others. Bearded Colonel have supplied me with razors and blades since 2015. I have used no others. Their service and response to requests has been second to none. In this age of recorded messages, or worse, I put great store by being able to speak directly with somebody who knows what is required and does it. As to the product, I have found the razor itself to be easy to use and very straightforward, of the two choices available I prefer the stainless steel handle, a very good long term investment. As to the blades, they are German made, long lasting and equal to any on the market. A plus for me is that they now arrive twice a year, without reminder at a price which does not include the cost of expensive advertising. Whenyoung men in my family have needed to start shaving I have asked them to report to the Colonel! RJD.

I've been using the Bearded Colonel's razor blades since 2015 and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The blades themselves are a cut above, better than anything I found in the chemists or the supermarket. And the service is exceptional - the blades arrive on time every time, the Colonel doesn't bombard you with advertising and the care from HQ is spot-on.
